Chicet Returns and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with the products you may return or exchange them within 30 days from the time you receive the products.
Your Account will be credited for the quantity of unused product you have returned. If you return 100% of the product your refund will be 100% of the cost of the product. If you return 90% of the product your refund will be 90% of the cost of the product. If you return 70% of the product your refund will be 70% of the cost of the product. And so on.
The cost of shipping is not refundable.
If you think the product is defective tell us what is wrong with the product and return it to us. If we find the product is not the way it is suppose to be we will exchange it.
Damaged Items When your order arrives:
Please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.
To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
